		<description>&lt;p&gt;Thanks Carl.  Yes, Option 3b -- immediate stabilization of the pool makes the most sense.  It is the cheapest, fastest, environmentally safest and most importantly, the most &quot;pono&quot; choice.  It will allow us to preserve the War Memorial (which, by the way, is the POOL, not the arched doorway), while retaining the bathrooms, parking, volleyball court and opening the bleachers to access.  Wouldn&#039;t it be great to enjoy a picnic and watch the sunset from there?&lt;/p&gt;
